Zentangle = Meditation

For the last six months, I have been following Zentangle, a form of art, and have been diligently practicing the techniques. Along the way, I noticed how much more relaxed I am and how much more focused i've become. What i found is that Zentangle is actually a form of meditation that focuses your mind in the present with calming effects. I can't say enough about this art form and the healing qualities it gives to those that find drawing relaxing and challenging.
A New Blog Emerges - The Princeton Tangler! A new blog and theme!  So it's taken three years for me to decide what I wanted to do with the blog.   So I decided that I'm going to build my blog to support my ongoing efforts in learning more about the art form called Zentangle.
